Over the Edge for Interfaith Human Services

Tell the Mayor to go jump off the Fraser Centre! And contribute to a great cause at the same time!

Interfaith Human Services is a  wonderful organization.  It helps families meet their home heating  costs and provides budget counseling.  I have been contributing  regularly to Interfaith Human Services for years.  That is why I am  wondering why they thought of me for this event.  The bottom line is that I'm not doing this for less than $1,000.  If you  want to see the Mayor rappel down the Fraser Centre, people will need  to contribute $1,000.  By the way, until I know that I have survived  this event, Interfaith Human Services is out of my will.

Donald Hahn

Help me reach my goal of $1,000

THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO REACH MY GOAL.

ON OCTOBER 11, 2018, I SUCCESSFULLY RAPPELLED DOWN THE FRASER CENTRE!

The HARB Ordinance: What Comes Next?

Speakers:

Ed LeClear, Planning Director

Eric Boeldt, Design & Historic Review Board Chair

In December of 2017, Borough Council passed

Ordinance 2104. This important legislation

established a Local Historic District and a Historic

and Architectural Review Board (HARB). It further

requires a review of...

• All proposed additions to existing main structures,

• Any proposed demolition of part or all of any main

building,

• Any proposed new construction of a main building

within the local historic district.

It does not require a review of exterior repairs,

window and door replacements, color, or interior

renovations.

This breakfast presentation is intended to help

promote better appreciation of the borough’s

historic neighborhoods, and understanding of what

the HARB Ordinance is and is not — and what it

means to you.
